Blueberry, Orange & Mint Detox
Ingredients
- A handful of blueberries.
- 1 orange.
- 4 fresh stalks of mint.
- 2 1/2 – 3 1/2 cups water.
Instructions
- Use a smoothie glass.
- Cut and add orange slices into glass.
- Add blueberries and mint.
- Fill up glass with water.
- Let it steep.
Notes
Freeze the sliced orange and blueberries prior to making the Blueberry, Orange & Mint Detox Drink. This way your drink will stay cold for longer.
